Entry Level Procurement Agent

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Agent to join our dynamic PC Closeout Execution team in either Berkeley, Missouri; Everett, Washington; Huntsville, Alabama; Mesa, Arizona; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Ridley Park, Pennsylvania; Dallas, Texas or Titusville, Florida .

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs PC Closeout activities on various types of purchase contracts
• Implements standardized processes, utilizes technology solutions, and fosters collaboration across teams to reduce the number of Prime Contracts with open Purchase Contracts
• Manages efforts based on contractual / business priorities in accordance with PRO-7110 requirements, established guidelines, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements, and contract timeframes
• Partners with Supply Chain Business (SCb) teams to manage Prime Contract closeout tasks

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in performing data analysis
• Experience working both independently and in team environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
• Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (OK): $48,450 - $59,850

Summary pay range (AL; AZ; FL; MO; TX): $51,850 - $64,050

Summary pay range (WA; PA): $55,250 - $68,250
