Enterprise Staffing Agency, a well-established healthcare staffing agency with 25 years of experience, is looking for several skilled Healthcare Recruiters to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients nationwide.

The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare recruitment, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will be tasked with prospecting and identifying talented clinicians in high-demand fields, fulfilling specific key client orders with precision and efficiency. To achieve and maintain a target of 20-25 TOAs, you’ll need to make 60-75 calls, texts, and emails daily.

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • 3 years of experience in Travel Healthcare Recruiting (Agency) is required.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients nationwide.
  • Leverage your passion for healthcare recruitment, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Actively prospect for and identify talented clinicians in high-demand fields, fulfilling specific key client orders efficiently by making 60-75 calls, texts, and emails daily to achieve and maintain a target of 20-25 TOAs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Coordinate interviews between Account Managers/Clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Prepare clinicians for the possibility of the Auto-Offer process.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process, addressing any candidate concerns or questions.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract passive candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote Enterprise Staffing Agency and build relationships with potential candidates.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
