Recruiter – Health Services (Onsite | Seattle, WA)

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Contract: 11-month W2 contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (flexible hours)

Pay Rate: $35–$38/hour (depending on experience)

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a global leader in e-commerce and digital health innovation, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join their dynamic Health Services Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling hiring efforts for licensed and non-licensed professionals, including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Customer Care Advisors.

You’ll thrive in this environment if you’re highly organized, metrics-driven, and skilled at navigating ambiguity while delivering high-volume hiring results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Customer Care roles across multiple U.S. locations
  • Execute sourcing strategies to attract both high-volume and niche healthcare talent
  • Conduct 75–100 recruiter screens weekly, maintaining high quality standards
  • Monitor pipelines, communicate risks, and meet labor order deadlines
  • Partner with hiring teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely hiring
  • Analyze metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance the candidate experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare, customer service, or high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and meeting aggressive hiring goals
  • High school diploma required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs)
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth settings
