Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top legal talent through various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and provide career guidance to ensure a perfect match between candidates and clients.

Qualifications
Legal Background: Prior experience in the legal industry, whether as an attorney or in a related field, is highly preferred.
