Job Title: Logistics Manager

Reports To: CFO

Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager oversees all outbound freight and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and reliable delivery of finished goods to retailers, designers, OEM partners, and eCommerce channels. This leader is accountable for managing carrier relationships, optimizing freight costs, ensuring billing accuracy, and driving performance across logistics partnerships. A key focus of the role is on final-mile and white glove delivery services, with an emphasis on providing a high-quality, on-time, and damage-free customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational execution and brings deep expertise in LTL freight, final-mile logistics, and high-touch delivery models.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in shipping, logistics, and transportation management, preferably heavy goods manufacturing.
• Proven success in managing LTL and final-mile freight operations in a high-mix, low-volume product environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience with ERP platforms, preferred SAP experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing logistics KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of freight terms, carrier agreements, and accessorial cost structures.
• Proven track record of developing strong industry relationships with specialty furniture carriers and final-mile service providers.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a distributed team.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented manufacturing culture.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with regular presence in factory shipping docks.
• Some travel is required to support logistics network performance and partner development across key markets.
