Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

As an OT at TMC, you’ll guide patients toward greater independence—helping them regain essential life skills through evidence-based, individualized care.
Key responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs and functional mobility
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for continued success
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Track and document patient progress for continued care planning

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active OT license in the state of practice
A collaborative spirit and passion for patient-centered care
