Role Overview:
Were seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Representative to drive growth across our U.S. operations. Your primary focus will be building relationships with furniture, millwork and cabinet manufacturers, and building material distributors in the Midwestparticularly those with annual purchasing volumes exceeding $300,000.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Territory Growth
Identify and secure new clients across the Great Lakes region, with a focus on high-volume accounts.
Highlight the advantages of our 48-hour fulfillment service supported by our fully stocked Chicago warehouse.
2. Technical Sales Support
Deliver tailored CNC parameter kits to ensure seamless integration with client edge-banding equipment.
3. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners to execute customized production plans.
Oversee inventory turnover at the Chicago warehouse and enhance restocking efficiency through AI-driven forecasting.
Requirements
1+ year B2B sales experience in building materials or plastic products.
Familiarity with edge banding (PVC, ABS, MABS preferred).
Ability to read technical drawings (machine compatibility, UV coating specs).
Active Midwest network (30+ client contacts in the furniture sector).
Experience in U.S.China cross-border supply chains preferred
Knowledge of customs clearance and Midwest logistics preferred.
Qualifications
Proven negotiation and customer service skills
Strong background in outside sales and business development
Experience in account management and B2B sales
Proficient in Salesforce and technical sales
Ability to conduct product demos effectively
Familiarity with cold calling and sales management techniques
Fluency in Chinese is a plus

Salary: Base $3,000$4,500/month (DOE) + Tiered Commission (3%-5%)
