Job Description

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Qualia is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transaction Coordinator to join our Title Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Title Services, the Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing title orders from start to finish. This includes overseeing the search, examination, and curative process, and ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated between internal teams, external vendors, and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a working knowledge of the title process, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage title orders from receipt through search, examination, curative, and clear-to-close phases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal title searchers, examiners, and curative team members to ensure timely processing of orders
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate status updates and document requirements to clients
  • Review title commitments and ensure accurate data entry into the title production system
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items needed to complete title processing and clear title for closing
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements, underwriter guidelines, and customer expectations
  • Update systems and maintain accurate notes and documentation related to the transaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Assist with escalations and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 3 or more years of experience in title and settlement or real estate transaction coordination
  • Experience doing title work in TN, FL, and/or OH
  • Understanding of title search, examination, and curative processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Qualia’s software and suite of products
  • Familiarity with working in a remote, deadline-driven team environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion

This role is remote and has a base annual salary of $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
