Transaction Coordinator - (Remote - Full Time)

Location: 100% Remote
Schedule:
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Arizona time)
Post-training: Option to shift to the same hours in your time zone
Compensation:
During Training: Paid (starting pay to be discussed)
After Training: $17/hour + commission per closed deal

No real estate experience required – we will train the right candidate.
Training lasts approximately 60 days and includes hands-on instruction and support. Once you’re trained and handling transactions independently, you’ll move to the full pay rate + commission structure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of communication and coordination for real estate transactions from contract to close. You’ll ensure that every step of the process is completed accurately, on time, and with professionalism. Your role is vital in helping our clients close deals smoothly and stress-free.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full transaction process from contract to close
Serving as the main point of contact for all transaction parties (agents, clients, escrow officers, lenders, title reps, etc.)
Tracking important deadlines, contingencies, and required documents
Reviewing, organizing, and submitting all documents for accuracy, compliance, and completion
Updating the CRM and ensuring all records are properly maintained
Communicating professionally and proactively via email, phone, and digital platforms
Anticipating issues or delays and taking initiative to keep deals on track
Providing consistent, friendly support that reflects our commitment to client satisfaction
Maintaining confidentiality and upholding the integrity of sensitive information
Collaborating with internal team members to ensure a seamless transaction process
