In this field position, you will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently. You will be interacting with Humana’s customers, external business partners and the community we serve through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Face to face will encompass grass roots marketing and field sales community events, as well as, visiting prospects in their homes. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting. Some of our additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more. Required Qualifications include ability to have daily face to face interactions with prospective members in the field, active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date, experience with technology including laptops and mobile phone applications, experience with Microsoft Office products, valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance, and minimum internet speed requirements. Preferred Qualifications include active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license, Associate's or Bachelors’ degree, experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint, community engagement experience, Medicare product sales experience, bilingual skills, and public speaking experience. The role requires flexibility for appointments and events that may vary on nights and weekends. Training is mandatory for the first three to four weeks of employment. The hiring process includes a HireVue prescreen interview. The position is full-time with scheduled weekly hours of 40. Compensation includes base pay plus commission with guarantee, potentially exceeding $118K depending on experience and location. The pay range for base salary is $31,800 - $43,800 per year.
