For every child, Partnerships The consultancy aims to provide business continuity support to the PPD Asia-LAC team from 1 September to 31 December 2025. The current team is at minimum capacity, with only two staff members: a P5/FT Team Lead and a P2/TA Partnerships Officer covering EAP, SA, and LAC regions. The P2 Partnerships Officer role is critical for logistical liaison, drafting briefing notes, grant creation, and high-level meetings support, especially with donors like Japan and South Korea. How can you make a difference? The consultant will support liaison, coordination, scheduling, drafting briefing notes, and grant management for UNICEF’s high-level engagements in the Asia-LAC regions. Liaise with Member States and support high-level engagement follow-ups Assist in partnership and resource mobilization, focusing on funding diversification Support grant creation and liaise with Legal Office for agreements Maintain relationships with Permanent Missions on operational and strategic matters Prepare regional donor presentations Complete public donor risk mapping for Asia-LAC Qualifications: Advanced university degree in International Affairs, Diplomacy, Public Administration, or related fields At least 5 years of relevant experience in resource mobilization and high-level liaison support Knowledge of Asia and/or LAC regions Experience in resource mobilization in emerging markets Excellent client relations, attention to detail, teamwork skills Familiarity with emergency and developing country work is an asset Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset Core Values and Additional Information UNICEF values of Care, Respect, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, and Sustainability (CRITAS) guide our work.
